Who controls your data

Psyoc is operated by blackplate, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), registered in the Netherlands(KVK 82691770). For anything in this policy, contact legal@psyoc.com. Full operator details are on the legal notice page.

This website

The pages on psyoc.com are static. They set no cookies, load no third-party scripts, and make no third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from this domain.

Your Psyoc account

When you create an account at app.psyoc.com we store your email address and a hash of your password (never the password itself). The app uses cookies only to keep you signed in; there are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We send email only about your account and the service itself, not marketing.

Your TikTok connection

You connect TikTok through TikTok's official login flow (OAuth). We never see your TikTok password. We store the resulting access token encrypted at rest and use it for exactly two things: publishing the content you schedule, and reading the posting options TikTok makes available for your account (such as the privacy levels you can choose and whether comments, Duet, or Stitch are enabled).

You can revoke this access at any time, either by disconnecting the account inside Psyoc or from your TikTok security settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored token.

Your content

Videos, captions, and posting settings you upload are stored so we can publish them at the time you chose. You can delete them at any time; deleting your account deletes them too.

Where data lives and who processes it

Everything runs on servers we operate at Hetzner, a European hosting provider, in the EU. Inbound email is handled by Migadu. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and there are no analytics or tracking SDKs in the product.

Deletion and retention

You can delete your account from the app settings or by emailing support@psyoc.com; see account deletion. Deletion removes your account data, stored TikTok tokens, and uploaded content within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email legal@psyoc.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
