Who we are

Psyoc is provided by blackplate, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak), registered in the Netherlands(KVK 82691770). See the legal notice for full details.

The service

Psyoc lets you schedule videos and publish them to your own TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API, either as direct posts or as drafts sent to your TikTok inbox. The service is currently in beta: it is provided free of charge and features may change. If we introduce paid plans, existing users will be informed well in advance and nothing will be charged without your explicit signup.

Your account

You need an account to use Psyoc. Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see account deletion.

Acceptable use

Only schedule content you have the rights to publish. When posting to TikTok you must comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Branded Content Policy; the disclosure and privacy options Psyoc shows for each post exist so you can meet those obligations, and it is your responsibility to use them truthfully. Do not use the service for spam, deception, or anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Your videos and captions remain yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit them to TikTok on your instruction. We do not use your content for anything else.

TikTok

Psyoc is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. Publishing depends on TikTok's API and your TikTok account being in good standing; TikTok may change or withdraw API functionality at any time, which can affect the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from its use, including missed or failed posts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
